Yes, if the unit is available and within our delivery route. Call us as soon as you know, and we’ll update your return time. A prorated fee applies.
Booking early is best. You can secure your date and time slot through our online system or by phone. Once you pay your deposit, your slot becomes reserved.
Notify us ASAP. If we're able to shift our schedule and the unit isn't needed elsewhere, we’ll gladly stay. Additional hourly charges may apply.
For safety and contractual reasons, once our crew sets it up and leaves, it must stay in place. Moving it can pose injury risks and void insurance.
Yes, we can rent portable generators at an additional cost. Let us know in advance so we can ensure compatible power supply during setup.
If rain or wind jeopardizes safety, we reserve the right to pause inflatables. Rental time lost due to weather won’t incur fees and we may offer rain checks
Yes, but we recommend string or flood lighting for visibility. We do not include lighting, please arrange for it separately if hosting an evening event.
Yes: each unit has a maximum capacity, typically 6–8 children or 800 lbs, whichever comes first. Exact limits are noted on our product pages and in the contract
Absolutely. We sanitize jump surfaces with commercial-grade, kid-safe disinfectant after every use. Additionally, we inspect for wear and deflate overnight to dry.
